HOW TO RECTIFY ERRORS IN MEMBER`S DATA

I strongly advice that intending club members should not be allowed to fill their forms. This is to avoid unnecessary mistake such as the use of small letters instead of capital letters.

These often lead to mistakes in correct spelling of names, bank details etc. Let`s consider some of these errors and how to rectify them:

EMAIL ADDRESS;

When this occur, it means that your certificates though activated has been sent to a wrong email address .

For you to know the email address your certificates are sent to, you have to appeal to your up liner to check his or her web page and place the cursor on the small envelop in front of your name and your email address will appear on the bottom left of the monitor .

Also write out your PIN number from your up-liner` page. Call this number +390 59 643 578 and give your correct email address in the following order.

From the customer service desk, they will demand for your PIN number .Firstly give it to them and if your email address is joe@yahoo.com for example, call it for them in the following order:

J : FOR JAPAN

O : FOR OSCAR

E ; FOR ENGLAND @yahoo.com

Please use each letter of the email address for a popular word and the mistake will be corrected instantly .You can then download your certificates immediately.

Please be aware that the customer service are attending to numerous customers from all around the world and may not pick your calls immediately. Be patient and keep calling until your request is granted.


BANK DETAILS

When there is an error in your bank details, it is expected of you to send the correct bank details to them by mail.
These should include your PIN number and a scanned copy of your identity card that has your name as on the certificate.

The mail should be sent to info@power-club.net while you follow it up with phone call to the customer service desk. The same process is applied to the correction of wrong spelling of name and postal address.

It should be noted that these errors can be reduced to the barest minimal. This can be achieved by filling the form in BLOCK LETTERS including the email address and using a slash in-between every four figures in your bank details.
